1. My Savings Coach provides you with our App subject to this Privacy Policy. 

Welcome to the Wealth Coach mobile Application or website (the “App”) .The App is owned and operated by My Savings Coach, LLC (“My Savings Coach,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). My Savings Coach provides the App and its service to you subject to this Privacy Policy. Please review this Privacy Policy in its entirety before using our App. By using our App, you agree to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use our App.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use.

2. We may collect information when you use our Services.

We may collect information when you use our App, when you provide it to us, or from third parties. The information we collect may include 

  • Name, address, and phone number;

  • Account credentials and spending information you connect to the App;

  • User profile information, including preferences, language, demographic information;

  • Home ownership, savings, investments, HSA, or other financial information you provide to the App; 

  • Automated or technical information; and 

  • Other information you provide to us.

We may collect personal information about you from third parties. In some instances, we may combine the personal information we collect about you from third parties with personal information we collect from you. Depending on your relationship with us, this personal information we collect from third parties may include, without limitation:

  • Name, address, email address, and phone number;

  • Information from the financial institutions you connect to the App;

  • Demographic information; and 

  • Other information.

We may also use the personal information that we collect from you and about you to draw inferences, such as information regarding your preferences or habits.

4. We may use your information to provide you with our App. 

We may use your information in a variety of ways, including to: 

  • Provide you our App or App content;

  • Analyze, develop, or improve our App or new products or services;

  • Notify you about changes to the App; 

  • Facilitate transactions; 

  • Provide you with customized content, targeted offers, and advertising; 

  • Provide you with information, newsletters, and promotional materials; 

  • Promote customer reviews and testimonials in marketing and advertising material;

  • Address problems and review the usage and operations of our App or business;

We also retain your information as needed to provide our App to you and while you maintain an account with us.

  • To perform or provide the App you requested;

  • With our service providers, as needed to perform their functions for us;

7. We may disclose, share, or sell personal information for marketing purposes.

Where permitted by applicable laws and subject to any applicable consumer privacy rights, we may disclose, share, or sell your personal information for marketing purposes or as a part of our business operations. This includes the disclosure, sharing, or sale of your information with our service providers, affiliates, business partners, or other third parties as disclosed under the Privacy Policy. You may opt out of the marketing emails or exercise rights under applicable laws as described below.

8. We may collect information automatically from your use of our App.

We may collect information automatically using cookies and similar technologies or when you use our App, send us an email, or interact with our emails or advertisements. The information we may collect automatically using these technologies or methods may include:

  • Internet protocol address;

  • Device identifier;

  • Advertising identifier;

  • Browser type and language;

  • Operating system;

  • Date and time stamp;

  • Session ID;

  • Internet service provider;

  • Data regarding network-connected hardware;

  • Web pages and advertisements visited;

  • Internet protocol address geolocation or other location information;

  • Click or touch stream data, movement, scroll, and in some cases, keystroke activity;

  • Third-party sites or services you were using before and after interacting with our App, including the web search that landed you on our App; and

  • Usage analytics when you access the App.

9. We may use automatically collected information for various purposes, including providing the App, App content, analytics, and advertising.

We use automatically-collected information to:

  • Conduct analyses about our App;

  • Associate the different devices you use;

  • Remember your browser or device;

  • Remember your preferences and interactions;

  • Deliver relevant advertisements or other content;

  • Market our App or App content to you;

  • Collect information about our App; and

  • Log activity on our App.

We may use these technologies and others to provide our App, security, authentication, analytics, product or service improvement, advertising, fraud detection, and for other similar purposes.

We may use local storage or similar technologies to store content information or preferences or to display advertising.

10. We may use cookies and similar technologies.

The App uses cookies, which are small text files that the App can send to a user’s browser for storage on the hard drive. Cookies can make use of the web easier by saving and administering status, preferences, and other user information. The App also may use web beacons, which are small strings of code that deliver a graphic image on a web page or in an email message for the purpose of transferring data. We may use cookies to store Personal Information about you on your computer. The type of information stored on cookies is collected by My Savings Coach to make the App more useful to you and to provide you with a more personal, satisfactory, and interactional experience with My Savings Coach, to assist with the functionality of the App, such as to keep you logged in, to customize your experiences on the App, or to improve the App. Cookie data is never shared with or sold to third parties.

 

We may also use some cookies or web beacons owned and operated by third parties, such as analytics providers or apps that help the App to function. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of those third parties and do not control how their cookies or web beacons operate.

 

Most browsers are set to accept cookies, but you can change your browser setting to block cookies. Although disabling cookies will not interfere with your ability to access the App, you will need to accept certain cookies to use certain services on the App, including logging into your account. 

 

11. You may opt out of interest-based advertising. 

We work with advertising companies to provide you with advertisements that may interest you. This is often referred to as interest-based advertising. We may use cookies or similar technologies for such advertising. We share this information with our service providers to manage our online advertising. 

 

You may also opt out of receiving interest-based advertisements from third-party advertisers and ad networks who are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) by visiting the NAI website. You may opt out of receiving interest-based advertisements from other companies that perform interest-based advertising services who are members of the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) by visiting the DAA website.

 

Where available, you may also use any cookie consent management services that we provide. 

 

12. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals. 

Our App does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. 

 

13. We may provide links to others. 

Our App or App content may contain references or links to third-party websites, apps, and services, including references and links to banks, insurers, investment advisors, or other financial institutions. We are not responsible for any third party’s collection or privacy practices, and we have no control over what information third parties track or collect. Any access to and use of such linked websites, apps, or services is not governed by this privacy policy but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party websites, apps, or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on those third-party websites, apps, or services for further information.

 

14. We take measures to protect your personal information.

We maintain some physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be lost, accessed without authorization, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Any information you provide to us is at your own risk.

 

15. Our App is not intended to be used by children.

My Savings Coach does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use the App or register on the App. If you are under 13, please do not use the App or attempt to register on the App or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any Personal Information to or on the App. If you believe that we might have Personal Information from or about a child under 13, please contact us by email at support@gowealthcoach.com.

 

16. You may have additional rights under various state privacy laws.

You may have the following rights with respect to your personal information depending on the applicable state consumer privacy laws. These rights may relate to a right to notice, access, correction, deletion, opting out of sale, limiting the use of sensitive personal information, portability, opting out of automated decision-making, appeal, and non-discrimination. Please contact us to exercise these rights or to determine if these rights are applicable to you.

 

17. We do not endorse third parties.

We do not endorse and are not responsible for the information practices or privacy policies of Apps operated by others that may be linked to or from this App. If you decide to access a third party’s App that may be linked to or from this App, you should consult that App’s privacy policy. 

 

18. We are based in the United States.

If you are visiting our App from outside the United States, please be aware that we are based in the United States and the information we collect will be transferred to, processed, and stored on our servers in the United States in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

 

19. We may change this privacy policy.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with applicable laws. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the changes on our App (or our app that replace them) and provide you notice prior to the changes becoming effective either through the relevant App or by some other means, such as email or through your account. Your continued use of our App after such notice constitutes your consent to the changes. We encourage you to periodically review our privacy policy for the latest information on our privacy practices.
